Flowers are made of thin foam, one petal at a time. Each petal is cut, colored with pastel oils, heated, shaped and glued. Headband is hand decorated by weaving grosgrain ribbon to cover clear plastic. Flowers are very light in weight. Each flower is approximately 3 1/2”
